About Michael Pullam

My name is Michael Pullam and I've been working in the fitness industry since 1998. I have been active in sports and athletics all of my life so the decision to work in this field came naturally. I enjoy working with people and get great satisfaction from helping others achieve their goals.

I studied Kinesiology at York University in Toronto and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts. After I graduated, I became certified through the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer and Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant and more recently through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

I have worked with a broad spectrum of people, ranging from teenagers to senior citizens, from athletes to sedentary individuals, and I've also helped people with disabilities maintain their conditioning. In my experience, people often achieve better results from training and exercise when they are in a safe and familiar environment, such as their own home.

I provide one-on-one personal training sessions to my clients using Zoom. I am available to provide services 7 days a week, from 6:30 a.m. (Eastern time) to 7:30 p.m. I also serve some customers who live in Toronto with personal workouts.
