In-home personal training services are normally sold in groups of multiple sessions and are paid for in advance. Customers are responsible to book sessions in advance at mutually convenient times, and to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for a cancellation. Should a customer fail to show up when booked or provide less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation, the session will be treated as though it was provided, and the number of remaining sessions will be decremented by one. All sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase.
